Keenan Diet Feeder Repairs

We are an accredited Keenan service agent, providing around the clock repairs for farmers in our area. We took over from Ian Cox (now retired) in early 2023. 

We undertake all feeder wagon work directly for Keenan - an Alltech Company. We carry out servicing on used machines as well as full “approved” refurbishments. We are also an accredited Keenan service agent for breakdowns, repairs, re-lines and servicing directly for farmers. Keenan Approved Used machines undergo an en extensive 60 point check, including but not limited to the following;

Strip down all worn and damaged parts, new body liners, end liners and auger liners. New top knives, body blades, seals and rubber wear parts. The machines are shot-blasted and primed, then finished with a high gloss top coat. New fasteners and other hardware is used where necessary. All optional extras are available on Approved machines.

To complement our breakdown service we offer a full re-line service for all Keenan machine models. Liners can be welded in within a day to avoid any feeding shortages and excessive downtime. We split jobs up to enable farmers to feed without down-time disruption. We can provide all liners in mild steel or Hardox 450 for harder wearing applications.

If you prefer to fit and weld in liners yourself, then we can deliver any of the parts you need to get the job done. With everything on the shelf, we can deliver large bulky items quickly.
